As the years progress, Wayzata seems to get larger and larger by the minute in population and building size. The size isn’t the only thing that is evolving, the environment and atmosphere in and out of the classroom also has significantly changed. Despite these changes, when one looks even as far back as 1960, Wayzata is still surprisingly familiar. The same pride and community can be seen through both sports teams and the classrooms. By looking back at Wayzata through the decades it’s easy to see why our school is able to grow and keep the traits that make this school an enjoyable place to attend for all who are a part of the Wayzata High School environment.
